Saturday fee:
12 hours rental of entire building up to midnight is $825 plus a $500 cleaning/security deposit, which is refundable if the terms of the contract are met.
$600 for non-profits showing a proof of 501(c)(3) status plus a $500 cleaning/security deposit.
If additional time is needed on the date of the rental, a rate of $81.25 an hour will be charged. Rental includes use of the kitchen and barbecue.

Table and chair set up for 100 people is included. Each additional 100 people is $37.50. If the SBCC sets up for an additional 100 you the client must put them away at the end of your party or you will have a deduction from your deposit.
Note: Renters can save extra fees by doing the setup and tear down of additional tables and chairs themselves. The center must be cleaned according to the rules and regulations for the renter's deposit of $500.00 to be returned. No exceptions allowed.
Note: If you or your guests use the Park lawn you need to contact the COunty Parks at 781-5930 to secure a written agreement for you and us. If you use the park and leave trash there you could lose part or all of your deposit.
Note: Holidays are rented for 12 hours at a flat rate of $1,250, which includes the entire building.
